Meet the Staff
Heather Mumma - General Manager
Heather brings over three decades of hands-on experience in the manufactured and mobile home industry to Henderson Home and Land. She began her career in mobile home lending before becoming a top-producing retailer in Illinois, where she successfully owned and operated her own dealership for 27 years. Her dealership earned national recognition, including awards from two of the industry's largest manufacturers—Commodore Homes and Redman Homes, the highest-volume plant in Indiana.
Heather’s expertise spans every aspect of the manufactured housing process. She is the current owner of a setup and transport company, two property investment companies, and a mobile home renovation and rental business. With credentials including general contractor, former HUD-licensed installer, and Illinois roofing license holder, she brings a wealth of technical and operational knowledge to every project. She also previously held a lending license (NMLS), having passed both federal and state exams.
Beyond her extensive housing background, Heather has held leadership roles as a former Director of the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association’s retail chapter and a board member of the Midwest Housing Federation. She has also developed spec homes, managed subdivision infill projects, and worked as a builder/developer.
Passionate about community, Heather is also the founder of a nonprofit animal rescue. Her 501(c)(3) shelter places more than 300 animals in loving homes each year.
Hayden Summers - Managing Partner
With years of experience providing financial security and solutions as a sales representative with New York Life, Hayden Summers has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and understanding the unique needs of his clients. His expertise in guiding individuals through significant financial decisions has seamlessly transitioned into his role as the owner of Henderson Home and Land, a premier manufactured housing dealership in East Texas.
Hayden’s passion for helping people achieve their dreams is at the core of his work. At Henderson Home and Land, he is dedicated to offering affordable, high-quality housing solutions while upholding the Christian values of integrity, service, and community. His financial services background gives him a unique perspective on helping customers navigate the complexities of homeownership, including financing options and long-term planning.
